PAYMENT
In our webshop you can order online and pay by Paypal.
Paypal is a safe e-commerce service that transfers the money. It is free to create an account and pay by Paypal. Paypal only receives international credit and debit cards.
All prices in the webshop are incl. VAT and other taxes. We do not charge any extra payment when you shop online.
If You wish to pay in another currency than EUR please contact us either by phone, fax or email. We need the product id, number of units and shipping address to fulfill your order.
RETURNS
You have 14 days to cancel your order when you shop online at Roulund Design. The right of withdrawal starts when once you have received the goods. The right of withdrawal can only be exploited if the ithem is returned in the same condition and quantity. The right of withdrawal lapses if the product is used in a way that obviously reduce the sales value. You can also cancel the order by refusing to receive the goods. If you regret your purchase we repay the full amount. The amount will be transferred to the credit or debit card you used for the purchase when we have received the returned item and verified that it meets the rules of withdrawal.
The only expense you have when you undo a purchase, is the poastage for returning the item to us.

WARRANTY
You have 24 months warranty. This means that you either get the item repaired or replaced, refund or reduction in price, depending on the specific situation. However, it is required that the complaint is justified and that the defect is not caused by an incorrect use of the product or an injurious behavior. You need to complain within "reasonable time". If you complain within 2 months after you become aware of the defect, the complaint will always be timely. If the complaint is justifed we refund the cost of shipping and postage in an extent that is reasonable.
We need a detailed description of the error when you return the goods. Remember the product must always be returned in proper packaging and a receipt for the cost of shipment.
PRIVACY POLICY
When you order online we register the personal information submit - name, address, email address, telephone number, and what product you purchase. We record your personal information in order to deliver the goods to you. We store customer information non encrypted - you are entitled to get these information deleted by contacting us. Data submitted is not transmitted or sold to third parties.
CHILDREN AND YOUTH UNDER 18 YEARS OLD
